At Kystra, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior contact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or assembled
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-returnable

Return Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.
